A little background on who I am and why I started Spencer IT Solutions.
I started Spencer IT Solutions because I saw a real gap — people and small businesses dealing with tech problems and having no one reliable to call. Big box stores offer impersonal service with long wait times. Tech support calls lead nowhere. I wanted to offer something different: a real person, with real skills, who comes to you.
I've been working with computers and technology for years, and I genuinely enjoy the puzzle of figuring out what something needs — whether that's a fresh Linux install on an aging laptop or a full security camera system for a small business. I take pride in doing clean, thorough work and explaining things clearly so you actually understand what was done and why.
Spencer IT Solutions is just me right now, and I think that's a feature, not a bug. When you reach out, you get me. When I show up, I do the work. When it's done, I stand behind it.
